About the Role
looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting sales operations, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly from the first contact with leads to the coordination with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Send emails to leads offering our services and follow up on their responses.
Coordinate with the team to prepare and deliver accurate quotations.
Provide support during client meetings.
Follow up with the team once operations are approved, ensuring all steps are executed properly.
Assist the operations team by checking their needs during ongoing operations.
Maintain close communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or technical background in International Business, Logistics, or related fields (preferred).
1–2 years of experience working with freight forwarders (agentes de carga).
English level: B2 (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics processes.
Quick learner with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
