Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Independent Sales
Representative to serve as the sole sales professional for our organization. This role is
responsible for driving new business through outbound sales efforts, qualifying prospects,
and handing off engaged customers to the appropriate operations team member for
onboarding and execution.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, and
outbound outreach
• Identify and qualify potential customers needing:
o International freight (air & ocean)
o Import & Export
o End-to-end logistics solutions
• Manage and track all sales activity using HubSpot CRM
• Coordinate introductory sales conversations and discovery calls with LogiWorld
operations staff and customers
• Act as the primary relationship bridge between prospects and LogiWorld’s
operations team
• Introduce qualified prospects to the assigned operations team member for pricing,
onboarding, and execution
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and closed business
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term
client success

Who You Are
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding,
transportation, or supply chain
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling and cold emailing)
• Confident communicator who can speak to solutions at a high level
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently as the sole sales representative
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
Nice to Have
• Existing logistics or supply chain industry contacts
• Experience selling international freight or complex logistics solutions
• Understanding of freight pricing models and customer pain points
