Job Decription:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Quality Control Analyst to ensure the accuracy and completeness of therapist notes in our system. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent communication with therapists to verify that all required fields are completed, preventing missing information. This role requires strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify therapist notes to ensure all required fields are accurately completed.
• Communicate effectively with therapists via email and calls to address missing or incomplete information.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• English proficiency: B2+ (strong written and verbal communication skills).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence to interact effectively with therapists.
• Experience in behavioral analysis is a plus*
• Background in Psychology (administrative tasks) or Virtual Asistant is a plus
