Key Responsibilities:
· Update internal systems and client platforms with key shipment and tracking (Import and Export) information.
· Proactively follow up on shipments (Import and Export) with senior specialists to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
· Provide operational support to different operational areas as needed (logistics, compliance, customer service, sales).
· Attend internal and client meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and support task execution.
· Assist the pricing team with requesting and consolidating international freight rates (air, ocean, multimodal).
· Prepare basic quotations under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
· Help collect, validate, and upload shipping documentation (bill of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
Job Requirements:
· Technical degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
· 6 months to 1 year of experience (including internships) in international logistics, customer service, foreign trade, or administrative support.
· Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (B1/B2+).
· Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
· CRM in logistics is a plus
· Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
· Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and systems across departments.
