About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior International Recruiter to join our client’s global recruitment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment who wants to grow in an international environment and strengthen their expertise in global talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across different regions, helping source and connect top talent with great career opportunities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communication with candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment records and tracking systems.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and enhancing candidate experience.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (international experience is a plus).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Organized, proactive, and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Interest in learning about international markets and cross-cultural recruitment.
