About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned International Recruiter to join our client’s global talent acquisition team.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is confident sourcing and engaging top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other global recruitment tools.

Experience in healthcare or medical recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles across multiple regions.

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international teams across different time zones.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and client standards.

  • Provide regular updates and talent pipeline reports using tracking and performance tools.

  • Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and enhancing candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in international or cross-border recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes under strict timelines.

  • Comfortable working remotely and using monitoring/performance tracking tools.

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or technical sectors is a plus.
