About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned International Recruiter to join our client’s global talent acquisition team.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is confident sourcing and engaging top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other global recruitment tools.
Experience in healthcare or medical recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles across multiple regions.
Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international teams across different time zones.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and client standards.
Provide regular updates and talent pipeline reports using tracking and performance tools.
Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and enhancing candidate experience.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in international or cross-border recruitment.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes under strict timelines.
Comfortable working remotely and using monitoring/performance tracking tools.
Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or technical sectors is a plus.
