Job Description:

The Inside Sales/Appointment Setter is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. This role primarily involves working with existing and potential customers to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. Inside Sales Representatives work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and meetings.

· Sales Presentations: Provide tailored logistics solutions to clients, explain service offerings, and present value propositions.

· Follow-Up: Follow up with Leads to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional services.

· Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update management on pipeline progress.

· Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth logistics processes.

· Negotiation and Closing Deals: Handle sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contractual terms to close deals effectively.

Key Requirements:

· 6 months of sales experience (training will be provided)

· Knowledge of Datamyne and Trademo is a plus

· English proficiency: B2 or C1 level
