Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and accuracy-driven professional to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk in the international logistics area. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and verifying key information related to cargo movements, customs documentation, and shipment tracking, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly enter data into logistics systems (CRM, TMS, or others).
Record shipment details, load orders, invoicing, and related documentation.
Verify and validate data with freight forwarders, vendors, and clients.
Support the generation of logistics reports and shipment follow-up.
Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to ensure information integrity.
Maintain and regularly update internal databases.
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with logistics software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high data volumes.
Basic knowledge of logistics terms and documents such as BL, AWB, and commercial invoices.
Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
