We are looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Guide customers through different services offered (e.g., delivery, assembly, planning tools).
  • Collaborate with store departments to address customer needs (e.g., stock checks, order tracking).


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • English and Spanish required
