CLIENT SUCESS COORDINATOR
Position Summary: We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support our sales team and manage the execution of client opportunities. This role focuses on managing and advancing active projects—ensuring client needs are addressed, timelines are met, and internal teams stay aligned. You’ll work directly with clients and across departments to move opportunities smoothly from quote to delivery with excellent communication and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and advance qualified client opportunities passed on from the sales team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project details, updates, and client communications.
Coordinate internally with sourcing, logistics, and production teams to gather quotes, track samples, and manage timelines.
Maintain up-to-date documentation including cost breakdowns, client trackers, and CRM updates.
Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Support sourcing needs by assisting with spec gathering and price quoting for custom requests.
Ensure timely, professional, and solutions-focused communication with clients throughout.
Requirements
Experience in client services, project coordination, or sales support—ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, or product-based businesses. (Cold Calling)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage several active projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Comfortable working remotely and aligned to Eastern Time (EST) hours.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through without micromanagement.
Familiarity with CRMs, quoting tools, or project management software is a plus.
