A leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider specializing in global freight forwarding and integrated logistics solutions. With a strong international presence, we are now expanding our footprint in Brazil and Colombia. We are looking for talented Business Developers to drive market entry and growth in these regions.
Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Developers to identify, create, and manage new business opportunities with direct clients and international freight forwarders/agents. The role will focus on active client prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and leveraging both internal databases and industry networks to grow presence in Brazil and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
· Actively prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
· Build and maintain relationships with international freight forwarders, shippers, and direct clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
· Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
· MANDATORY: Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, International Logistics, or Agency Development.
· Strong knowledge of imports and exports (experience in Colombian import processes is a plus).
· Proven track record in sales and business development.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
· English proficiency (minimum B2+) – strong written and verbal communication required.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
