Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Languages: Bilingual (English-Spanish) – Minimum level B2+

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Import Specialist to oversee and manage its air import operations. This person will be responsible for handling shipments from A to Z — including coordination, dispatch, communication with agents and customers, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate air import shipments from origin to final delivery.

• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and agents.

• Track and monitor cargo to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and review shipping documentation in compliance with regulations.

• Handle billing processes and update shipment details in CargoWise or Excel.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

• Provide prompt and professional customer service at all times.

• Support overall import department operations as needed.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in air import operations.

• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding procedures and documentation.

• Experience using CargoWise (preferred) and/or Excel.

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ minimum).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow with the company.
